Lakewood Manor cut the Ribbon on the first 14 homes completed in the Lakewood Manor sub-division early June 2009.

Representatives from USDA Rural Development, Orange County Commissioners Office, State Representative Bryan Nelson and local media were on hand to assist in cutting the ribbon on these homes.

Homes in Partnership, Inc. broke ground on a 54 lot sub-divsion in Ocoee FL, where a road was dedicated to John Clinger former construction Director for HIP and an early pioneer in making HIP what it is today
