Holly Creeks Phase II, Zellwood
Holly Creek Phase II, will be an addition to the original Holly Creek subdivision built by Homes In Partnership more than 10 years ago and will provide a much needed affordable housing project to the Zellwood community. Holly Creek phase II will be a 91 lot subdivision that will be developed in two phases. The initial phase to be developed will consist of 63 lots.
Construction work is anticipated to begin in mid 2010.

New Horizons, South Apopka
The New Horizon subdivision will consist of 56 single family homes. This site was formerly a farm worker housing complex known as Hawthorne Village. The apartment complex had fallen into a state of disrepair to the point that rehabilitation was not a viable option. It was demolished in 2007 and is to be replaced with a beautiful new single family housing community that will help meet the continuing need for affordable housing in the area.

Lake County
Osprey Cove, Groveland
The Osprey Cove subdivision is an existing subdivision in which Homes In Partnership, Inc. has purchased 30 lots that are available and ready for sale. It has provided the opportunity to bring our quality built, energy efficient affordable homes once again to the residents of Lake County.

Sumter County
Live Oak Park. Webster
The Live Oak Park subdivision is a 96 lot subdivision being built in partnership with the City of Webster. The city has installed water and sewer lines to the site which is being developed in two phases. Development has been completed on Phase I which consists of 62 lots that are currently available and ready for sale. Phase II will be developed at a later date. This project brings to the City of Webster a much needed affordable housing community.

Meadowlawn, Wildwood
Meadowlawn Subdivision is an existing subdivision in Wildwood in which Homes In Partnership, Inc. built homes when it first came to Sumter County in 1993. HIP has partnered with the City of Wildwood in the development of this property The city has installed water and sewer lines to the site and HIP completed and paved 5th Street. This addition to the Meadowlawn subdivision consists of 21 lots that will bring affordable home ownership opportunities to low income residents of Wildwood (Seaboard Park. Wildwood)
