Please be advised that this is a 8 hours course. Once you complete all sessions you will receive a home purchase certificate.

Please do not bring children to these sessions.

Once you have submitted your information, it will be forwarded to our Housing Department. Please contact our Housing Department at (352) 383-7300 at least 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the seminar to confirm your registration, that the seminar is still scheduled and of your intentions to attend. At that time you will be also provided with any additional information you may need for the seminar. Class size is limited to 10 persons.

Classes will be held every third Wednesday of the following Months:

February,  April,  June, August ,  October
