Qualifications

Rental units are located in Apopka and Leesburg, Florida.

Applicants must be:

  • 50% below median income according to Orange County Income Guidelines.
  • Provide documentation from all income sources.
  • Provide current identification and children’s birth certificates if applicable.
  • Section 8 is accepted.

Our Apartments

  • All apartments include a range, refrigerator, central air and heating.
  • Tenants are responsible for utilities. (electric, water, phone and cable)
  • No washer and dryer hook-ups are available.

Fees

  • $25.00 Application Fee for anyone in the household over the age of 18.
